Coupling information:
The oil pump coupling is suitable for the type and basic size of the plunger fuel injection pump coupling selected for medium and small power diesel engines. Coupling types are divided into two types: rigid and elastic plate types, and each type can be divided into attached to the oil supply angle automatic advancer or independent. The coupling consists of three parts: the drive end joint with adjustable angle, the transmission plate and the fuel injection pump end joint. There is no fuel injection pump end connector when attached to the fuel supply angle automatic advancer. The disc coupling is composed of the adjustable angle drive end joint, the transmission steel sheet and its coupling frame and the fuel injection pump end joint. It is attached to the common oil angle automatic advancer without the fuel injection pump end joint. One end of the protective device should have an expansion joint, and an O-ring is installed at the expansion joint. If the coupling needs to be protected under corrosive conditions, the protective device must be equipped with a pipe joint to allow access to dry air or inert gas. Guards for continuous lubriion of the controller. Each injector should be screwed to the guard in the proper direction so that the oil is sprayed in the direction of rotation. If the unit has forward and reverse operation, the oil is injected in the axial direction. The oil nozzle or oil pipe is not allowed to rub against the coupling.
